Tyler Kwon explained the loan of Jessica Jung’s fashion brand, “We can repay everything but Jessica’s reputation has been affected”

Jessica Jung’s lover and CEO of Coridel Entertainment, Tyler Kwon, explained in relation to the recent accusations, “This situation can be solved”.

CEO Tyler Kwon said in an exclusive interview with My Daily on September 28, “This is unfair” and mentioned that this situation happened during the process of transferring creditors.

According to Hong Kong media, Blanc & Eclare, the fashion brand founded by Jessica Jung and run by CEO Tyler Kwon, was sued for about 6.5 million dollars by Joy King Enterprises.

Regarding the accusation, Tyler Kwon explained, “After borrowing funds from Spectra SPC for the first time in 2016, I faithfully paid them back in more than 3 years. Until 2020, due to the spread of the pandemic, I made an agreement with Spectra SPC to delay the loan deadline. However, Spectra SPC transferred the loan to Joy King Enterprises in August without informing me. Then suddenly, Joy King Enterprises contacted me and demanded that I have to pay the money back in 2 weeks.

Tyler Kwon said he had explained the agreement of extending the loan deadline with Joy King Enterprises, but they still forced him to repay within 2 weeks and then filed a complaint.

Tyler Kwon continued to point out, “I said we could solve everything if they gave us time. It was mid-September and was the holiday in Korea, but they still insisted that we must pay within 2 weeks. Considering the size of our company, we can repay this loan, but it is unreasonable when they force us to repay in only 2 weeks after adding a large amount of interest right after the loan was transferred to them.

In addition, CEO Tyler Kwon also mentioned that this is not Jessica’s personal loan, and her reputation has been ruined by accusations from media reports.
