TWICE Sana, who completed treatment for COVID-19, is working hard to prepare for the North American concert.
It was confirmed that TWICE Sana will arrive at Incheon International Airport at 5:30 p.m. on May 5th using Narita International Airport in Japan.
TWICE returned to Korea on April 26th after successfully finishing a total of 3 concerts at Tokyo Dome in Japan, but Sana was not included in the return schedule. This is because Sana was diagnosed with COVID-19.
TWICE‘s agency JYP Entertainment announced on the same day, “TWICE Sana tested positive for COVID-19 today after PCR testing for departure.”
Sana completed the third dose of vaccination, but it was a breakthrough infection. Sana is known to have completed quarantine and medical treatment according to the instructions of the Japanese public health center as well as completely recovered from COVID-19 before entering Korea.
As Sana finishes the entry procedure, all TWICE members will be held in the arms of the agency again. TWICE, who successfully wrapped up their solo concert, is expected to accelerate preparations for the U.S. concert. TWICE will become the first K-pop group to hold two encore concerts at a North American stadium (Banc of California Stadium in Los Angeles, USA) from May 14th to May 15th (local time).
