TWICE releases their first English single, “The Feels”, as the first step into the U.S market

TWICE’s first English single, “The Feels”, has just been released.

On October 1, TWICE’s first English single, “The Feels”, and its MV have been published.

Last year, TWICE signed a strategic partnership contract with Republic Records, a label under the U.S Universal Music Group. Starting with “MORE & MORE”, the title song of their 9th mini-album, the title song of TWICE’s 2nd full album “I CAN’T STOP ME” and the digital single “CRY FOR ME” were also officially released in English.

In June this year, TWICE’s 10th mini-album, ‘Taste of Love’ entered the U.S Billboard Main Chart ‘Billboard 200’ at the 6th place, the highest record in the history of mini albums released by KPOP girl groups.

While their popularity is rising significantly, TWICE released their first English single, “The Feels”, showing their unremitting efforts and mature images. This is also a response to global KPOP fans who have continuously supported and sent the members warm support.

TWICE’s new song, “The Feels”, is a happy song that will flutter the hearts of listeners with its lyrics. This song also features an addictive melody which was made by the groove bass sound and disco synth beat.

Before this song was officially released, TWICE had published various teasing contents showing off their unique charm with bright and cheerful vibe and, therefore, raised high expectations from netizens.
In particular, to celebrate the release of the first English single after their debut, TWICE will perform this it worldwide.

On the day of the release, TWICE did a Twitter Blueroom Live at 2 PM to communicate with Korean and overseas fans. It is said that they will perform this song for the first time on the famous NBC program ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’ on October 1 (local time).

On October 6 (local time), TWICE will appear on ABC’s popular program ‘ GMA3: What You Need To Know’.
