Many Korean dramas that are currently on air are getting a huge amount of attention because of the fun storylines. Since September is coming to an end and October is getting closer, viewers will soon get to watch new series that promise to be equally good and even better. In particular, this October also marks the impressive comebacks of Korea’s A-list actresses, Jun Ji Hyun, Go Hyun Jung and Lee Young Ae. The competition will surely be more exciting than ever.

The King’s Affection: Park Eun Bin, Rowoon

The historical drama takes place in a fictional Joseon dynasty. A princess, who is a member of the royal family but has no identity because when she was born, she was taken out of the palace otherwise it would not survive.  After a few years, the girl is brought back to the palace by her mother and is raised under the identity of her late twin brother. She later becomes Crown Prince Lee Hwi. Because she disguises as a man, she tries to stay away from everyone. The first reason why many viewers are looking forward to The King’s Affection is because of the unique storyline. Although the trope of a female character disguised as a male is no longer uncommon in Korean dramas, since the drama tells the story of a princess disguised as a crown prince, it turns into something quite special. Reflection Of You: Go Hyun Jung, Choi Won Young, Shin Hyun Bin
