HYBE’s market capitalization was revealed in the broadcast to be about 10.93 trillion won. Each member owns 68,385 in Hybe common shares, after the agency’s largest shareholder, Bang Si Hyuk, gifted them to the boy band members to repay their contribution to the company’s success.
Meanwhile, the stock rose more than 100% in the first nine months since the gift. The stock rise has pushed up the stock value of each BTS member to 19.763 billion won, and the total value of all 7 members’ stocks is estimated to be about 140 billion won.
