The ranking of January’s Drama Actor Brand Reputation has been released.
The Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute analyzed the brand reputation data of 50 drama actors from December 19th to January 19th. As a result, Song Hye Kyo ranked 1st place, followed by Song Joong Ki in 2nd place and Go Yoon Jung in 3rd place.
Highest-ranking terms in the link analysis of Song Hye Kyo’s brand are “revenge”, “punishment”, and “breakthrough”. The most analyzed keywords in the brand of “The Glory” star are “Netflix”, “Lim Ji Yeon”, and “school violence”.
In this month’s results, Song Hye Kyo recorded a brand reputation index of 10,041,913, occupying the first place with an overwhelming difference from Song Joong Ki in 2nd place (8,005,509).
“The Glory”, led by Song Hye Kyo, is currently gaining great popularity. It depicts the desperate revenge of Moon Dong Eun (Song Hye Kyo), whose soul was shattered by violence as a child. She meticulously prepared for revenge by risking her entire life after becoming an elementary school teacher. This drama marks Song Hye Kyo’s second time working with writer Kim Eun Sook after “Descendants of the Sun” in 2016. “The Glory” is writer Kim’s first revenge drama and was rated 19+. Season 2 is set to be out on March 10th.
