The recent update on Jeon So-min, who is surrounded by rumors of poor health condition and leaving “Running Man”
Actress Jeon So-min, who recently underwent foot fracture surgery, reportedly returned to “Running Man” recordings.
In particular, Jeon So-min is known to have appeared in a wheelchair.
On February 9th, OSEN exclusively reported, “Jeon So-min successfully returned to the recent SBS’s entertainment show Running Man”.
Jeon So-min suffered a foot injury during her personal schedule in January. After that, she had to undergo surgery and has been absent from several filmings of “Running Man”.
On February 8th, Jeon So-min made a post on her Instagram, raising the rumors of her leaving “Running Man”. Jeon So-min revealed the photo of a cake that has the phrase, “Thank you for having been with Running Man for a long time”. This made netizens question whether she was planning to leave the show.
However, according to OSEN’s reports, the cake was a supportive gift for Jeon So-min coming back on the show, not her withdrawal. It is said that the production team prepared a gift to express their gratitude to Jeon So-min, who returned to the filming after overcoming her foot fracture injury.
A broadcasting official said, “Her foot fracture surgery was successfully completed. However, she is still moving in a wheelchair because she needs time to fully recover. Fortunately, since the recent shoot didn’t make her do intense movements, it didn’t affect her much”.
Jeon So-min’s agency, King Kong by Starship, also denied the rumor of Jeon So-min dropping out of “Running Man”.
