The photo of Kris Wu, who is charged to sexual harassment, was edited? – “We found the original photo”

Recently, a report was released with a photo of a man believed be Kris Wu being imprisoned at a detention center. However, proof of the photos being edited was posted.

The photo which is believed to be the photo of Kris Wu (former EXO member) being imprisoned at the detention center after he was arrested by the police for sexual harassment (above). And the photo which is claimed to be the original one was uploaded on an online community (below).

A suspicion has been raised claiming that the leaked photo believed to have shown Kris Wu in detetention center was actually edited.

Recently, many posts on various online communities were titled “Leaked photo of Kris Wu’s prison life”. The posts include a photo taken at a Chinese detention center with a blurred face man presumed to be Kris Wu with his head shaved.

An Internet user posted on online communites saying “This is why I said the photo of Kris Wu who is imprisoned for sexual harassing minors was an edited”. The post included a news report that contained the photo which is claimed to be the original one.

The news report was about a Chinese psychological counselor being imprisoned in 2016. In the photo, there was a man wearing glasses with a shaved head was being asked by the police.

The people standing at the back look different at first, however if you rotate the photo left to right, it looks much more similar, proving the photo of Kris Wu was edited. An argument has been raised whether the other photo showing Kris Wu lying with other prisoner was also edited.

Even if the photo was edited, the fact that Kris Wu was arrested and being investigated for alleged sexual harassment is true according to previous reports.
