During the show, it was revealed that “The Glory” writer Kim Eun Sook personally picked Kim Gun Woo for the role of Son Myung Oh. Kim Gun Woo said that he had worked hard during auditions and thought he had just barely made it into the cast. However, during the cast’s commentary filming, the writer revealed that she had chosen him herself, which made him very happy.
Kim Gun Woo also shared that his father used to dislike him playing villainous roles, but he changed his mind after seeing his son’s success. The hosts jokingly suggested that his parents must be bragging about him a lot these days.
