Lee Chae Yeon, IZ*ONE’s former member, burst into tears being criticized by the professional dancers.
In the latest episode of Mnet’s “Street Woman Fighter” on August 31, the ‘ASSIST CLASS’ dancers had to perform their creative choreographies. It was the system that selected the choreographies through an evaluation.
There was a familiar face in the ‘ASSIST CLASS. That’s the former member of idol group IZ*ONE, Lee Chae Yeon. Known as a famous idol, she has recently drawn much of the attention for appearing on the show as a dancer.
Lee Chae Yeon was the main dancer of her group, and she also aimed at becoming the main dancer of the ‘ASSIST CLASS’.
Before Lee Chae Yeon’s creative choreography was released, other dancers expressed their expectations for her. Gabi said, “I would hate it a lot if Chaeyeon’s dance is chosen. Meanwhile, Lee Jung was looking forward to Lee Chae Yeon’s performance. She said that Chae Yeon was an idol, so she would be so confident in front of the cameras and know how to catch the camera’s angles.
After that, Lee Chae Yeon performed the creative dance moves that she had prepared. She tried to do her best in order to achieve the goal of becoming the main dancer of the team.

Other dancers reacted the same. Most of them gave harsh criticisms to Chae Yeon.
They think that she might look pretty on the screen because she’s an idol, but her choreography was not enough to create a good performance.
In addition, in choosing which dance moves to eliminate, Hertz said, “Chae Yeon still has a lot of opportunities even if she is dropped out of this show.”
Lee Chae Yeon was shocked at the comments and could only smile.
After that, she had a conversation with Choi Hyo Jin and expressed all her true feelings. While Chae Yeon was blaming herself for not being able to say a word in defense of herself and started crying, Choi Hyo Jin gave her some sincere advice.
