On August 30th, IST Entertainment, the agency of Kpop boy group The Boyz, announced through their official fan cafe that the member Sunwoo recently reported poor physical condition and health problems.
They also added that after careful discussion, Sunwoo will temporarily suspend activities to rest and focus on recovering his health.
In addition, IST Entertainment said that they will give further statements regarding the recovery status of Sunwoo, as well as the time he resumes scheduled activities.
Meanwhile, previously on the August 27th broadcast of MBC’s “Music Core”, The Boyz promoted their new song “Whisper”, and took first place, surpassing prominent competitors such as New Jeans and BLACKPINK.
