“I went to the hotel with my brother-in-law but we only slept” the actress paid a big alimony

A final ruling has been made on the reenactment actress A for adultery with her brother-in-law while her brother-in-law suffers nothing.

According to the media, A was caught secretly destroying her cousin’s family by setting up a new home with her brother-in-law C for over a year and a half.

The incident began when her cousin B, offered to help A, who had an unstable income as a reenactment actress, do the receptionist and cashier job at her husband C’s hospital, which opened in Gangwon-do in September 2018.

In the process, A and C developed into an affair and were found by B while engaging in activities such as cohabitation attempts, huge shopping, and frequent overnight stays.

Since then, the other family members have learned about their affair, but the two continued to have affairs, so B has taken legal action by filing a lawsuit against her cousin A for alimony.

At the time, B said, “My husband is not a bad person. My cousin has probably approached him intentionally,” showing her intention to protect her family until the end.

Then A claimed in the legal dispute, “I went to the hotel (with my brother-in-law) but we didn’t have an inappropriate relationship. We spent the night together at an officetel, but I fell asleep while eating makgeolli and pajeon.“

However, the court refused to accept A’s counterargument and ruled that she would pay a large amount of alimony for invading a married couple’s cohabitation. The alimony is known to be 30 million won.

Meanwhile, A is a reenactment actor who starred in KBS Joy’s “Love Interference Season 3” and is known to have played the role of a side chick in the drama.
