BTS is a group of 7 members from Big Hit Entertainment debuted in June 13, 2016. The group’s members are RM (leader), Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook. Their group name is “Bangtansonyeondan” in which “Bangtan” means that they will protect their music values and through their music they will express their hope to prevent the young generations from sufferering the suppression of the social prejudices in their life. BTS became the first and the only Korean group to chart No.1 on Billboard 200 with the album ‘LOVE YOURSELF Tear’ released in 2018. After that, the album ‘MAP OF THE SOUL : PERSONA’ was released and it helped BTS to set the new record of the highest-selling group in Korea as they sold 2.13 million albums during the first week. In August 21 2020, BTS released the song ‘Dynamite’ and became the first Korean singer to chart No.1 on Billboard HOT 100. As a result, BTS was also nominated for the Best Pop Duo/Group Performance at the 63rd Grammy Awards.
