Surpassing Lim Ji Yeon and Kim Hye Ja, actress who topped the ranking of most buzzworthy K-content cast is?  

This actress ranked 1st place on the combined ranking of TV-OTT’s most buzz-worthy cast members.

On January 18th, Good Data Corporation announced the K-content cast category survey, and Song Hye Kyo of “The Glory” ranked first. The survey was conducted on 1956 cast members who appeared in TV and OTT dramas/series and non-drama/shows.

In the survey for the second week of January, Song Hye Kyo, the lead actress of Netflix’s “The Glory,” took first place for two consecutive weeks. 4.93% of the total buzz generated through all cast members was directed to Song Hye Kyo. Lim Ji Yeon, who also appeared in “The Glory”, ranked second with 2.09%. Choi Min Sik from Disney+’s “Big Bet” came in third with 1.78%.

Song Hye Kyo’s comeback drama “The Glory” depicts the desperate revenge of Moon Dong Eun (Song Hye Kyo), whose soul was shattered by violence in her childhood. She spent all her youth meticulously preparing for revenge. This is the first drama Song Hye Kyo worked with writer Kim Eun Sook six years after “Descendants of the Sun” in 2016. “The Glory” is writer Kim’s first revenge drama and was rated 19+.

On January 18th, Netflix confirmed the release of season 2 on March 10th and dropped still cuts from season 2 of “The Glory”.

In fourth place, Kim Hye Ja, who appeared in tvN’s “You Quiz on the Block,” recorded 1.26%, making her the only TV non-drama cast to enter the Top 20.

Kim Nam Gil from TVING’s “Island” took 5th place. From 1st to 5th, 4 OTT cast members were named. In 6th and 7th place, Jung Kyung Ho and Jeon Do Yeon, the lead actors of tvN’s “Crash Course in Romance,” who took first place in the most buzzworthy TV category, recorded 1.16% and 1.14% respectively. The rest of Top 10 are Lee Seon Gyun of SBS’s “Payback”, Jung Sung Il of “The Glory”, and Lee Bo Young of JTBC’s “Agency”, in this order.
