The truth of the rumor that veteran actor Oh Young-soo was a Vietnam War veteran in the past has been revealed.
On October 18th, MK Star Today reported an exclusive interview with an official in relation to Oh Young-soo‘s military background, which became a hot topic online.
According to the report, Oh Young-soo’s side shared about the rumor of him participating in the Vietnam War, “It’s not true that he participated in the Vietnam War.” It is reported that the person mentioned in the media reports was one with the same name.
Earlier, a post stating that Oh Young-soo participated in the Vietnam War as a member of the 9th Infantry Division spread on an online community. The post contained a pathological record that a corporal named Oh Young-soo had been on duty in Vietnam for a year and a month from October 1966 to November 1967.
