Footballer Son Heung Min, actress Song Hye Kyo, and BLACKPINK’s Jennie were named as the most suspected stars in dating rumors in a recent online survey.
DC Inside announced on May 1st that Son Heung Min, who is currently active in the English Premier League’s Tottenham Hotspur FC, ranked first in the “Stars suspected of dating rumors even if they deny it” survey.
In the survey conducted online by DC Inside from April 24th to April 30th, Son Heung Min received 8,897 votes (13%) out of a total of 72,620 votes.
Son Heung Min was previously caught up in dating rumors with several celebrities, including Girl’s Day’s Minah, actress Yoo So Young, and BLACKPINK’s Jisoo. Although suspicions were put to rest by Son Heung Min’s reps at the time, netizens still have expectations for the possibility of a confirmed relationship involving the soccer star.
Second place went to Song Hye Kyo, who received 8,021 votes (12%). Song Hye Kyo has been rumored to be dating multiple actors she worked with in various dramas, even after she parted ways with her ex-husband Song Joong Ki, whom she met through the drama “Descendants of the Sun.”
Recently, dating rumors between Song Hye Kyo and her “The Glory” co-star, actor Park Sung Hoon, have also spread.
BLACKPINK’s Jennie came in third place with 7,848 votes (11%). Jennie has previously drawn attention for dating reports with EXO’s Kai and BIGBANG’s G-Dragon.
Last year, a dating rumor between Jennie and BTS’s V surfaced and created a stir when alleged photos of their dates were leaked. In particular, because Jennie’s side hasn’t denied the rumor, some netizens claimed that she has essentially admitted to dating V.
Following Son Heung Min, Song Hye Kyo, and Jennie, G-Dragon (7,793 votes) and Kang Dong Won (7,734 votes) were closely behind as the stars who are most involved in dating rumors.
