While Jisoo is promoting her upcoming drama, Lisa getting infected and causing other BLACKPINK members to cancel their schedules has infuriated some fans.
Earlier this week, BLACKPINK’s Lisa was confirmed by YG to have tested positive for the ongoing pandemic’s infectious virus. On social media platforms, next to comments wishing Lisa a fast recovery and 4 members of BLACKPINK to be healthy, there are also negative comments aimed at Lisa.
Specifically, before being diagnosed positive, Lisa had a reunion with 3 other members of BLACKPINK. After Lisa became a confirmed case, this has led Jisoo, Jennie and Rosé to cease their schedules and self-isolate.
Currently, some fans of Jisoo are annoyed because Jisoo is promoting her drama Snowdrop, which will be released on December 18. The possible absence of the female lead from upcoming promotions can affect the crew in general and Jisoo in particular. Jisoo’s fans expressed their dissatisfaction with the fact that Lisa went to a club in the States without taking any precautions, which could be the reason why she got infected.
Some comments on Twitter:
- Because her group member was partying irresponsibly in the club, Jisoo’s schedules are affected. Jisoo’s drama is only 3 weeks away but what’s going on? The female lead could not appear at the press conference, affecting the entire crew.
- I’m mad because this is Jisoo’s first female lead role.
- Maybe Lisa doesn’t care about her health partying in LA, and she obviously doesn’t care about others either.
- You asked YG to send your girl (Lisa) to LA and do you see the consequences now?
