Seventeen is reported to have recently enter Billboard’s “Artist 100” following EXO and BTS.

Billboard Korea, the Korean branch of the U.S’ Billboard, reportedly picked Seventeen to be the next artist to enter Billboard’s “Artist 100.”

The “Artist 100” chart aggregates artists’ number of songs and albums sold and analyzes the popularity of them through social media such as radio sets, streaming frequency, and SNS in the U.S to name the most influential singers. Currently, famous artists such as Maroon 5, Bruno Mars and Kendrick Lamar are entering the Billboard main chart.

According to Billboard, in Seventeen’s case, their communication with fans through Twitter and Instagram played the biggest role in helping them climb up to 87th place on the “Artist 100” chart.

With this achievement, Seventeen has proved their popularity in not only Korea, but also in the U.S as well.
