In the resplendent atmosphere of BLINK community (BlackPink’s fandom name), in order to help the YG’s girl group break the sale record for the first week currently held by TWICE with the full album “twicetagram”, a shocking information has just been announced by ktown4u and YG Select: “Kill This Love” album is now out of stock!

BlackPink fansites reported about “Kill This Love” album being out of stock.

According to information on the website ktown4u, the album will be re-released on April 30, a week from the release date. That means first week sales of “Kill This Love” will be significantly affected.

According to the website ktown4u, album will be restocked on April 30th.
YG Select’s website also announced sold out of “Kil This Love”

With the album being out of stock and to only be back on the shelves again on the April 30th, plus, will only start selling in Japan from May 1st, while selling like “hotcakes” makes BLINKs disappointed in YG. Even with 3 weeks pre-order, YG still couldn’t estimate the right number of albums demanded, leading to shortage right in the middle of the first week like this.

With a grand comeback, maybe even BlackPink could not expect the one to get in their way is their own company!

Notably, BlackPink’s rival – TWICE also released the album the same day as the YG female group. Therefore, the fans are worried that the lack of albums will make the competition between the two groups significantly reduced.

TWICE – The girl group that has strong album sales – also released “Fancy You” yesterday.
