From Wendy and Joy’s solo stages to “Queendom”, Red Velvet brought splendid performances to the 2021 SBS Gayo Daejeon

Girl group Red Velvet returned and performed “Queendom” with their dazzling visuals.

On the afternoon of December 25th, the 2021 SBS Gayo Daejeon (SBS Music Festival) was held at the Namdong Gymnasium in Incheon with the participation of broadcaster Boom, SHINee Key, and ITZY Yuna as hosts.

First of all, Red Velvet Wendy sang “When This Rain Stops”, the title song of her first solo mini-album released in April. Wendy sat on a chair and showed off her amazing singing ability in a stable position. In addition, her outstanding visual and solid singing skills created a splendid stage that got everyone overwhelmed.

Then, Joy showed off her refreshing charm performing the title song of her first solo album, “Hello”. Singing “Hello” with a bright smile and lively appearance, Joy shone the whole stage, spreading positive energy to audiences as a “human vitamin”.

Red Velvet once went on a hiatus due to Wendy’s injury. Making their group comeback for the first time after 2 years with “Queendom” in August, Red Velvet continued to show their unrivaled presence and synergy as a whole group on today’s stage.

Meanwhile, at the 2021 SBS Gayo Daejeon, which marks its 25th anniversary this year, a total of 25 singers, such as NCT 127, NCT DREAM, Key, NU’EST, Red Velvet, Oh My Girl, Brave Girls, ASTRO, The Boyz, Stray Kids, ATEEZ, ITZY TXT, STAYC, aespa, Enhypen, IVE, WOODZ, SF9, Minnie ((G)I-DLE), Lee Chae-yeon, Simon Dominic, Gray, Loco and Lee Hi, showed up and performed a variety of stages.
