The production team of “Shooting Star” has recently released the photos taken at the first script reading.

“Shooting Star” tells the story of people who work behind the cameras in the entertainment industry. They are the ones who help the celebrities to shine brighter and also have to clean up all the mess in showbiz.

In the drama, Lee Sung Kyung plays the role of public relations team leader Oh Han Byul. Thanks to her exceptional skills in communication and handling media crises, she is prominent in different aspects of the Korean entertainment industry. At the company, she has to help top star Gong Tae Sung. However, Oh Han Byul always considers Gong Tae Sung someone she cannot stand. This leads to many funny situations that take place behind the scenes.

Shooting Star is written by scriptwriter Choi Young Woo and directed by director Lee Soo Hyun – who was in charge of several successful TV series such as Find Me in Your Memory, Awaken, The Witch’s Diner. The drama’s production representative said, “Shooting Star will portray the stories of the celebrities, managers, PR team, and reporters in a realistic way.”
