Actor Park Seo-joon returned home two months after leaving Korea to shoot the Marvel movie “The Marvels”.

According to a report by Star News on Nov 2nd, Park Seo-joon has arrived at Incheon International Airport in the afternoon, returning to Korea about two months after leaving for the UK on September 3rd to film for the movie “The Marvels”.

Park Seo-joon is said to have returned home temporarily to do his scheduled domestic schedule, although the filming for “The Marvels” is not over yet. 

At the time of his departure in September, his agency Awesome Ent said, “Thank you for your interest and support for Park Seo-joon’s new challenge,” adding, “We know that many people are curious about the project name, character, filming location, and filming period, but we will release more information later. Please cheer for Park Seo-joon.” 

Although not officially announced by his agency, the Marvel movie for which Park Seo-joon is filming in London is “The Marvels”, which is the official title of “Captain Marvel 2”. Brie Larson, who played the title role for “Captain Marvel” will return for the same role, and director Nia DaCosta, who directed the movie “Candyman” reboot, is holding the megaphone. It was not disclosed yet which character Park Seo-joon will play in “The Marvels.”

Meanwhile, according to the U.S. media Deadline, “The Marvels,” starring Park Seo-joon, was originally scheduled to be released on November 11th, 2022, but changed its release date to February 17th, 2023.
