Park Eun-bin and Cha Eun-woo selected as MCs for Seoul Drama Awards 2021

“The King’s Affection” star Park Eun-bin and Cha Eun-woo (ASTRO member) have been chosen to host Seoul Drama Awards 2021.

Park Eun-bin is a rising actress with a stable performance. She has shown excellent acting skills and different charms in each production she stars in, from the dramas ‘Hello, My Twenties!’, ‘Hot Stove League’, Do You Like Brahms?’ to the recently aired ‘The King’s Affection‘. She won the Excellence Award at Seoul Drama Awards 2020 thanks to the leading role in ‘Hot Stove League’. She delivered her acceptance speech through a video.

Cha Eun-woo, who is active as an actor as well as a member of idol group Astro, has established himself as a promising actor by playing the male lead in ‘True Beauty’, ‘Rookie Historian Goo Hae-ryung’, ‘Gangnam Beauty’… Moreover, he has been showing his entertainment skills when appearing on variety shows.

Seoul Drama Awards is an international drama festival held under the theme of ‘dramas around the world’. This year, media officials and worldwide Hallyu fans are paying attention to the awards’ result as the Korean TV industry has witnessed a significant rise globally.

The 16th Seoul Drama Awards will feature various offline and online events as well as side events so that fans can take part in. A ‘drama street’ will be set up at Sangam Cultural Square for three days from October 20th to October 22nd with the opening of drama street exhibition experience zones, drama fashion classes and drama reaction contests. Besides, OST concerts and drama talk concerts will also be organized.
