“on the street” is the personal lofi hip-hop song that J-Hope took part in the songwriting process. The song carries an “easy-listening melody and warm-hearted lyrics,” according to the description for the track. The word “street” in the title brought about mixed feelings: it is about the connection between J-Hope and street dance, as well as the unwavering effort of the idol to reach the top.
