Members of the women’s community criticized Lee Sang-soon after hearing Lee Hyo-ri’s confession about their couple fight, “You became famous thanks to her”

After singer Lee Hyo-ri revealed that she and her husband had a couple fight, some members of the women’s community poured out criticism towards Lee Sang-soon.

In the 10th episode of Netflix’s “The Hungry and the Hairy”, which was recently released, Lee Hyo-ri and Lee Sang-soon revealed more stories of their couple fights. Lee Hyo-ri confessed that she cried while quarreling with her husband Lee Sang-soon. 

Due to broadcasting activities, Lee Sang-soon was often absent in Jeju. Having to take care of 6 dogs alone, Lee Hyo-ri told her husband, “Please take a break after this show”, but Lee Sang-soon answered, “I want to release more albums and keep working”.

While losing her temper, Lee Hyo-ri gave a suggestion, saying, “Since you’re spending so much time in Seoul, why don’t you rent a place? Take 2 of the dogs with you and live there. Let’s live separately.” During the fight, Lee Hyo-ri got mad, and she told Lee Sang-soon, “Your attitude is so different from the first time we met. How could you change so much? I feel conned.”

Lee Sang-soon couldn’t back down. He responded, “You should develop a system that enables you to take care of the dogs alone”, so the fight kept getting more intense. Upon hearing the story, some members of the women’s community began to criticize Leee Sang-soon. They expressed their anger, saying, “Your job is not to be a singer, but Lee Hyo-ri’s husband”, “You gained more popularity thanks to Lee Hyo-ri. Be grateful for that”. Some Internet users even pointed out Lee Sang-soon was wrong when he left all the responsibility of taking care of the dogs to Lee Hyo-ri.

Meanwhile, 2 years after publicizing her romantic relationship, Lee Hyo-ri married Lee Sang-soon in July 2013 and moved to live in Jeju Island.
