Lovelyz’s Mijoo took first place on the list of “The most remarkable stars in the entertainment industry in 2021”.
According to Joy News on Nov 9th, Mijoo topped the list of “The most remarkable stars in the entertainment industry in 2021” with 55 votes in a survey involving 200 employees of entertainment companies and broadcasting companies, film and broadcast content producers as well as entertainment reporters. The second and third place belonged to “Street Woman Fighter” (37 votes) and Key, Lee Young-ji (9 votes each).
Mijoo debuted in 2014 with the first full album “Girls’ Invasion” as Lovelyz‘s main dancer. Currently, she is appearing in entertainment shows “Sixth Sense” and “Hangout with Yoo“.
Meanwhile, Lovelyz has not made a comeback for over a year since the 7th mini album “Obliviate” released in September 2020. On Nov 1st, only BabySoul (Lee Su-jeong) signed a new contract with Woollim Entertainment, while the remaining seven members decided to go their separate ways without renewing their contracts.
