LISABar announces to stop buying BLACKPINK’s albums and asks for YG’s feedback on Lisa’s solo activities

After YG reportedly did not let Lisa attend fahsion events in Paris, the latest response of Lisa’s biggest Chinese fanbar has caught attention.

On October 5, Lisa Bar – BLACKPINK Lisa‘s biggest Chinese fan bar suddenly announced that they would stop buying BLACKPINK’s album indefinitely. This announcement was made as a result of Lisa Bar’s anger at Lisa’s individual activities. The statement is as follows: “From the company’s treatment on debut to LISA’s solo, and personal business activities, we decided to stop purchasing BLACKPINK related albums indefinitely. I hope the company will reply as soon as possible.”

Previously, Lisa Bar also expressed their frustration: “Why are the activities of other artists in YG Entertainment not restricted, while the company has always restricted Lisa’s activities”

The reason for this strong action of Lisa’s fans comes from a post showing that YG deliberately pulls Lisa out of individual fashion activities. BVLGARI CEO JC Babin personally posted on Instagram to express his regret at not being able to work with Lisa even though she is in France: “Our great ambassador Lisa is in Europe. Unfortunately, due to COVID, her agency prefers her not participating in events or shows.
