Source Music said on April 13th, “HYBE’s first girl group LE SSERAFIM will debut on May 2nd”.
LE SSERAFIM will release its first mini-album “FEARLESS” on the 2nd of next month and hold an online-offline fan showcase at 8 p.m on the same day. The offline showcase will be held at Jangchung Gymnasium and the online platform to air the showcase will be announced later.
LE SSERAFIM is a girl group consisting of Kim Chae-won, Sakura, Huh Yun-jin, Kazuha, Kim Ga-ram, and Hong Eun-chae and is launched with the cooperation of HYBE and its label Source Music. The name “LE SSERAFIM” is an anagram of “I’M FEARLESS”, which implies the girls’ self-confidence and strong will to move forward without the fear of being swayed by the gaze of the world.
Chairman Bang Si-hyuk and creative director Kim Sung-hyun, who are well-known as producers for BTS, also participated in the production of LE SSERAFIM’s debut album. LE SSERAFIM, which received support from HYBE’s world-class production team, raised high expectations for its debut by introducing high-quality content from the 28th of last month to the 12th of this month. LE SSERAFIM will begin promoting its first mini-album “FEARLESS” in earnest right after debuting.
