In February 2023, KBS announced that LE SSERAFIM member Eunchae would be joining actor Lee Chae Min as one of the new MCs for their popular music show, Music Bank. As part of her responsibilities, Eunchae has also been given her own variety program titled “Eunchae’s Star Diary”, where the female idol will interview various guests who perform on Music Bank.
In a prologue episode of “Eunchae’s Star Diary”, Eunchae showed her enthusiasm for the program in an interview with the staff. Here, the female idol disclosed that fellow LE SSERAFIM members have given her nicknames inspired by her new position. Huh Yunjin, for example, suggested “the national baby sister”, while Chaewon prefers “everyone’s MC.
The preview episode, which was published on the YouTube channel “KBS Kpop” on March 16th, also gave a teaser for the 1st episode of “Eunchae’s Star Diary”. Here, Eunchae can be seen entering the dressing room of famous boy group THE BOYZ and mentioning that she might have seen them at a beauty shop previously. Said beauty shop was where Kpop idols normally go to get their hair and makeup done for events like music shows.
However, THE BOYZ member Q humorously responded that they did not visit the beauty shop, flustering Eunchae. THE BOYZ’s remaining members also chimed in, causing Eunchae to get embarrassed and dash out of the room.
