On September 6, Kwon Mina posted on her SNS, saying, “I will say everything honestly. I’m so tired because some people keep telling me to stop pretending to be the victim. I will live with my true personality just like how I used to be when I was a child.”
“I’m willing to give up everything if you say I couldn’t be like that because I’m a public figure. Don’t say this and that to curse at me. Don’t believe in celebrities either. Many people may appear with a pure and innocent appearance on TV, but you will never know who they truly are. Their job is being public figures, so they always have to hide and live with their two faces. I’m not pretending to be anyone else. I will just live with my true personality no matter what you say. On September 3, Kwon Mina posted a photo and revealed that she has been dating a new boyfriend. She expressed, “I will try to work harder because I’ve met a good man.”
However, netizens criticized Kwon Mina for starting a new public relationship only 2 months after the controversy over her ex-boyfriend’s two-timing scandal. They cannot understand the current situation because Kwon Mina once said she has a trauma with men after many incidents.
