Actress Kim Sae Ron, who had to work at a cafe after her DUI controversy, went separate ways with her agency.
According to media outlet My Daily on December 1st, Kim Sae Ron’s agency Golden Medalist announced that, “Our contract with Kim Sae Ron has expired and we have decided not to renew the contract.”
Back in May, Kim Sae Ron caused an accident when she crashed into a guardrail, street tree, and transformer while driving drunk in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
At the time, the actress refused to measure her alcohol level on-site. In addition, a later blood test revealed that her alcohol level was at a level that requires her driving license to be revoked.
Afterwards, Kim Sae Ron’s agency said that she spent all previous earnings on settlement money with affected parties in the accident, and worked part-time at a cafe for a while.
She also faced another controversy related to her birthday party soon after.
