KARA to guest on IU’s “Palette” to promote their full-group comeback after 7 years 

Top 2nd gen girl group KARA is meeting IU on “Palette”.

Ten Asia reported on November 21st that KARA will appear on “Palette”, a talk show of IU’s official YouTube channel “Lee Ji Geum”. 

According to reports, at the recording set that day, IU talked with MC IU and set up a stage to sing together.

In addition, all the members, including Park Gyuri, Han Seungyeon, Heo Youngji, Kang Jiyoung, and Nicole, appeared and had a meaningful time. They talked about the opportunity to get together again, episodes of working on an album, and showed off a mature stage.

Earlier, KARA released teaser images for their 15th anniversary album, “MOVE AGAIN”. Following this, they are raising expectations by announcing to perform at the 2022 MAMA AWARDS to be held on November 29th.

When the news of KARA and IU’s meeting was reported, netizens left comments, “Wow, IU’s palette is so colorful”, “Great, they can change their songs”, “Amazing”, “Aren’t they singers of the same generation? I’m looking forward to their talk”, “So excited”, “KARA and IU have a lot of connections. This is nice”.

This upcoming KARA’s comeback is going to be 7 years after their 7th mini album “In Love” released in May 2015.

Park Gyuri, Han Seungyeon, and Heo Youngji, who have been active in movies, dramas, and entertainment, as well as Nicole and Kang Jiyoung, who left the group in 2014, have gathered in one place again. 

Meanwhile, KARA debuted in 2007 and is greatly loved with her numerous hit songs including “Mister”, “Pretty Girl,” “Jumping,” “Lupin,” and “Honey.” KARA is considered a 2nd-gen representative girl group along with Wonder Girls and Girls’ Generation.
