Jun Ji-hyun charismatic appearance alongside Joo Ji-hoon in the 1st episode of “Mount Jiri”

Jun Ji-hyun’s charisma exploded during the scene where she rescued a colleague from a rockfall accident in “Mount Jiri”. 

In the first episode of tvN’s new Saturday-Sunday drama ‘Mount Jiri’, which went on air on Oct 23rd, Joo Ji-hoon appeared as Kang Hyun-jo who had to go searching for the victims right from his first day at work.

The episode began in 2018 when Kang Hyun-jo (Joo Ji-hoon) started his first day at work at the Haedong branch of Mt. Jiri National Park.

The Haedong branch employees were busy, and there, Kang Hyun-jo met Jo Dae-jin (Seong Dong-il), the manager of the Haedong branch.

However, before Kang Hyun-jo could even greet Jo Dae-jin, he was ordered to go to the scene of the disaster with Jeong Gu-yeong (Oh Jeong-se).

Kang Hyun-jo, who wore suit for his first day at work, hurriedly changed his shoes to hiking boots and left for the distress report area. The survivor is a young student, and the rangers struggled to find the student with 7 hours remaining within the golden hour window.

At this time, a rockfall accident occurred to the rangers who were searching for the survivors, and the ranger struck by a stone immediately lost consciousness. At that moment, Seo Yi-gang (Jun Ji-hyun) appeared.

Seo Yi-gang appeared quickly and rescued the ranger, and Kang Hyeon-jo was shocked.

Meanwhile, ‘Mount Jiri’ is a mystery drama depicting the story of Jirisan National Park’s best ranger Seo Yi-gang and the new ranger Kang Hyun-jo, who has an unspeakable secret, digging into a mysterious accident in the mountain.
