Is Rosé (BLACKPINK) really Saint Laurent’s global ambassador or is it just a misunderstanding?

While fans believe that Rosé is the global ambassador for Saint Laurent, many people have found clues that this identity has not been officially confirmed by this fashion house.

After Jisoo became the global representative of the Dior fashion house, the BLINKs community is extremely proud that all four BLACKPINK members are muse of high-end goods.  Because for many months, everyone has assumed that Rosé is the global brand ambassador for both fashion and beauty sectors of Saint Laurent.

In an interview published on the Korean Vogue magazine in July 2020 issue, Rosé herself affirmed, “I still cannot believe that I have become the global ambassador for Saint Laurent”. Rosé also revealed that she is very close to its creative director, Anthony Vacarello.

Many other major magazines when writing about Rosé also introduced her as “global ambassador” for Saint Laurent. In addition to that, Rosé has been shooting many commercials or wearing Saint Laurent products. She was also a guest of honor on Saint Lauren’s fashion show. YSL also gives Rosé many expensive gifts on special occasions. Therefore, the fans believe that Rosé is the muse of Saint Laurent.

However, many people believe that YSL has never confirmed Rosé as its global ambassador. The proof is that the social network accounts of Dior, Chanel or Celine have at least one clear notice that Jisoo, Jennie or Lisa are their ambassadors. However, Saint Laurent has yet to do the same thing with Rosé.

In this fashion house’s Instagram page, they will only introduce Rosé in the Fall Winter 2020 campaign, so the online community deduces that the main vocalist of BLACKPINK is only an ambassador for the Fall Winter 2020 collection.

However, in reality, YSL treats BLACKPINK members with respect. The relationship between the female idol and this high-end brand is also very good.
