Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha’s rating hit a new peak, and is expected to break Hospital Playlist 2’s record soon!

Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha’s 3rd episode hit a record high viewership rating thanks to the explosive chemistry between Kim Seon Ho and Shin Min Ah.

As expected of the hottest drama at the moment, the 3rd episode of Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha that was broadcast last night hit a record-high viewership rating. According to Nielsen Korea, the latest broadcast of Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha achieved an average nationwide rating of 8.7%. The highest rating of episode 3 hit 10.2% and set a new record for the drama.

Additionally, Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha ranked highest among viewers aged 20 to 49, with a nationwide rating of 4.5% and a peak of 5.3%. The movie also took 1st place among the dramas during the same airtime on all channels, including public broadcast networks.

Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha’s 3rd episode continues to revolve around the joyful and exciting atmosphere of the sea village of Gongjin and also reveals more about the lives of Doo Sik (Kim Seon Ho) and Hye Jin (Shin Min Ah). The most “expensive” scene in episode 3 was when Hye Jin’s pricey shoe suddenly returned, when it turned out that Doo Sik had picked it up earlier, carefully dried it and put it in Hye Jin’s shoe cabinet. The scene where Hye Jin excitedly put on her shoes while Doo Sik was watching made viewers’ hearts flutter, and look forward to the two leads’ romantic relationship even more.
