BLACKPINK’s “SOLO” dominates the iTunes chart and ranks the highest ever among female artists’ songs.
At 6 P.M on November 12th (local time), Jennie officially released her solo debut song called “SOLO”. The BLACKPINK member has made fans extremely surprised and proud as she exels in both image and style of music in this debut.
The monster rookie’s debut song “SOLO” reportedly reached number 1 on the worldwide iTunes Song Chart on the first day of its release. This is the highest position that a solo female Kpop artist has achieved so far.

In addition, “SOLO” also won the No. 1 spot on the iTunes Chart of 37 counties and areas. The song also swept through various Korean music charts to achieve an all-kill certificate for 11 times since its release. “SOLO” currently has 12 million views and nearly 1.7 million likes YouTube after 20 hours.
