“Happiness” ends on a happy note after the male lead Park Hyung Sik almost dies

Fans of “Happiness” are left satisfied after the drama’s finale.

Yesterday (December 11), tvN’s apocalyptic thriller Happiness officially bid farewell to the audience with its last episode. The satisfactory ending makes the drama receive a positive response.

In the finale, people of the building start to become out of control, because the number of infected victims with zombies is increasing day by day, including Yi Hyun (Park Hyung Sik). Because he finds himself unable to hold out, he decides to separate from Sae Bom (Han Hyo Joo) and face the wanted criminal Andrew on his own. Yi Hyun eventually turns into a zombie and bites Andrew’s neck.

Meanwhile, Saebom is on a mission to protect those who have not been infected. With courage and strong will to survive, they manage to escape the zombie siege. Fortunately, by the end of the drama, Yi Hyun is cured. He and Sae Bom then share a loving kiss and return to their normal lives with hopes for a bright future.

Fans of the series are pleased with this beautiful ending. Prior to the final broadcast, viewers were afraid that the screenwriter would end Happiness on a sad note where one of the two leading characters has to die. Fortunately, in the end, good people get happiness, and bad people get punished.

Happiness officially wraps up after 12 successful episodes with a nice ending. The drama has received great support from the audience during the past 2 months. Congratulations to the production crew and cast of Happiness.
