Many global musicians, including Melanie Joy Fontana and Shark, will be participating. HYOJIN CHOI of “Street Woman Fighter” also took part in the choreography making.

Global girl group Black Swan (Youngheun, Fatou, Judy, and Leia) made a comeback on October 14th with their long-awaited new album “Close to Me”. With the release of the title track, Black Swan will begin its album promotion in earnest, starting with “M!Countdown” on the 14th.

The digital single title “Close to me”, which will be released simultaneously around the world at 6 p.m. on Oct 14th, was co-produced by many world-renowned lyricists, composers, and producers such as Melanie Joy Fontana, Shark, and Xitsuh.

Melanie Joy Fontana is famous for her collaboration with global artists such as BTS, BLACKPINK, Dua Lipa, Justin Bieber, Halsey, Sia, and Chainsmokers. The choreography is created by HYOJIN CHOI, leader of crew WANT of Mnet’s “Street Woman Fighter“, with a devotion to create something that only Black Swan can do.

“Close to Me”, which has a concept contrary to their previous song “Tonight”, is a pop dance genre song that maximizes the charm of Black Swan who are both powerful and bubbly. The music video, which will be released on the same day, is directed by Isa Kang of ZANYBROS, who caused the world’s Black Swan syndrome with their debut song “Tonight.” The music video was filmed at the Iksan prison set where various movies were filmed, including the movie “Miracle in Cell No. 7.”

The album’s B-side track “Get Up” is a trendy remake of Baby VOX – the 1st generation K-Pop girl group and their senior group of the same agency – song,  mixing the unique charm of the original version and Black Swan’s uniqueness. The members also show off their potential to become next-generation talented artists. Member Fatou did her own rapmaking while member Judy created the choreography.
