A new interview video of the girl group (G)I-DLE has been released.
The video titled “(G)I-DLE 5th Mini Album ‘I love’ Interview” was uploaded on the official Youtube channel of (G)I-DLE at midnight on October 13th.
The video starts with Soyeon’s bold remark “We literally just wanted to show everything. I mean to an extent where we don’t have anything on?”
Meaningful words and the eyes of (G)I-DLE members Minnie, Miyeon, Yuqi, and Shuhua were shown, making the viewers unable to take their eyes off the video for a moment.
With (G)I-DLE’s confident and relaxed attitude as well as provocative words, the interview video, which was produced like a black-and-white movie, reminds people of Marilyn Monroe’s interview in the 2960s.
Lastly, Soyeon said, “We have literally stripped naked. Even you will have to get ready for it”, and finished the interview with a relaxed smile.
(G)I-DLE is drawing huge attention every day ahead of their comeback with the unconventional and bold concepts for each of their released teasers. In addition, the girl group has surpassed 700,000 pre-order copies for the new album “I love”, breaking their own record and signaling another syndrome.
