“Free Doctor” releases position regarding Lee Seung Gi’s newlywed house information, “It is owned by the actor but…”

tvN’s “Free Doctor” announced that they will remove the part about the 373-pyeong house predicted to be Lee Seung Gi and Lee Da In’s newlywed house.

On May 28th, the production team of “Free Doctor” said to JTBC Entertainment News, “We would like to apologize for causing the confusing situation that the place shown in the teaser could be mistaken as Lee Seung Gi’s newlywed house although it is true that the place is owned by the actor”.

They continued, “This issue arose because only a small part of the actual broadcast content was edited and shown in the teaser video, and the detailed information that would clarify misunderstandings was intended to be included in the official broadcast”, adding “However, considering the current situation and the request from Lee Seung Gi’s side regarding the misunderstanding that arose due to the teaser, we have decided to remove all related content from the official broadcast. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding this matter.”

The teaser released at the end of the May 22nd broadcast featured a house said to be Lee Seung Gi and Lee Da In’s newlywed house. This detached house is 363 pyeong and its parking lot is big enough to park 12 cars. Since then, such information spread widely online as if it were a fact. Eventually, Lee Seung Gi’s agency released a statement, saying “The show contains unconfirmed information. The content is not true”.

Lee Seung Gi and Lee Da In got married on April 7th after two years of dating. Their wedding was attended by many fellow seniors and juniors, including Lee Soon Jae, Yoo Jae Suk, Kang Ho Dong, Kim Soo Mi, Kim Nam Gil, Han Hyo Joo, Lee Dong Wook, Lee Dong Hwi, Lee Se Young, Lee Soo Geun, Lee Juck, etc.
