Female Fan Criticized For Touching & Rubbing Enhypen Niki’s Arm

Chaotic situations at airports every time idols depart or arrive are not unfamiliar but they are even getting more serious. Many fans have gone beyond just greeting idols to attempting physical contact with the artists and even mobbing them.

The more famous idols are, the more frequently these incidents happen. Enhypen also struggled with it many times. Recently, a video showing a fan’s excessive behavior upon seeing Enhypen members spread widely in online communities.

In particular, a middle-aged fan was seen in the front row of the crowd surrounding Enhypen as soon as the members appeared at the airport. While the members were slowly moving through the crowd, this woman reached out her hand to touch the arm of the youngest member Niki. 

What frustrated netizens was that she even rubbed Niki’s skin and then smiled happily. Pointing out that maknae Niki just turned 18, some claimed that the old female fan’s behavior was obviously assault. 

The video clip showing the scene was widely shared among Enhypen’s fandom and fans are pouring criticism over the middle-aged fan’s excessive action and urging the company to strengthen security for Enhypen at airports.
