Company Review from a former Bighit employee

The staff is quite dissatisfied with Bighit Entertainment‘s listing of disasvantages such as a loose company system, frequent running times with schedules or hard work. Many ARMYs think that they are not surprised by this, and that Bighit is a small company and only bounces on the success of BTS in the past two years. There are still many disadvantages for them to overcome.

Some commented: “It is true. In smaller companies with limited staff, the job description is often unclear and there is no handover system. You learn everything by working. I think this only happens in my area, but it turns out everywhere”, ” Because Bighit is a small company, this is not surprising. They need to change their management and culture if they want to develop.”

However, there are some people who think that this review was made a year ago (in 2017), so it’s possible that Bighit Entertainment has overcome some of the shortcomings. In particular, when the contract with BTS was resigned, Bighit announced that the support team was up to 100 people, demonstrating that the company was aware of the need to improve their staffing system to help the group advance further.

Currently, Bighit Entertainment has only one boy group, BTS and some solo artists like Lee Hyun…, so everything does not need to be perfect. However, if they want to advance further and launch new groups in the future, it is important that Bighit should focus on their management, working system, etc to be able to fulfill their potential.
