Accordingly, the court acquitted Yang Hyun Suk and three other defendants. The court cited the inconsistent statements of Han Seo Hee and the lack of direct evidence to prove that Yang Hyun Suk threatened Han Seo Hee.

Meanwhile, Yang Hyun Suk was accused of conciliating and threatening Han Seo Hee when she tried to report B.I’s drug charges in 2016. Han Seo Hee, who changed her statement during a police investigation then, later reported that Yang Hyun Suk and YG pressured her through the National Rights Commission in 2019.
