Coupang Play series “One Ordinary Day” (directed by Lee Myung-woo, produced by Green Snake Media, The Studio M, and Gold Medalist), which will be officially released on Nov 27th, is an eight-part hardcore crime drama that depicts the survival of Kim Hyun-soo (Kim Soo-hyun), an ordinary college student who became a murder suspect overnight, and Shin Jung-han, the low-life lawyer who never look for the truth.
“One Ordinary Day” is drawing keen attention as a hot topic drama which is predicted to stir up the industry in 2021 as director Lee Myung-woo is well-known for his ability to tackle any and his experience working with top Korean actors like Kim Soo-hyun, Cha Seung-won,… in “Punch”, “Whispering” and “Passionate Priest”.
Amidst the anticipation, the meeting scene of Kim Hyun-soo, an ordinary college student who became a murder suspect overnight, and Do Ji-tae, the absolute power at the prison and a figure who reigns over the law, was recently released.
Kim Hyun-soo, who unexpectedly becomes a prisoner for the first time in his life, would face Do Ji-tae, who is known as the king of the prison. While Kim Hyun-soo was showing an anxious look since he still couldn’t believe in this reality, Do Ji-tae was watching Kim Hyun-soo closely with a fierce gaze, giving off sharp tension.
