BTS swept 4 categories including Best Pop Artist at the MTV Europe Music Awards
BTS swept 4 categories including Best Pop Artist at the MTV Europe Music Awards (hereinafter referred to as MTV EMA) held in Budapest, Hungary on Nov 14th (local time).
The boy group from HYBE won 4 awards at the awards ceremony: Best Pop Artist, Best K-Pop, Best Group and Biggest Fans. As such, BTS was named the most decorated artist on this day. The event was held offline this year. However, BTS, who is staying in Korea, did not attend the awards ceremony in person.
Meanwhile, Lil Nas X’s “Montero” won Best Music Video, while Best Artist and Best Pop were awarded to Ed Sheeran, who became very popular with “Bad Habits”.
