On one wall of Keimyung University Dongsan Hospital in Dalseo-gu, Daegu, hangs a nameplate with ‘BTS Sugar (Min Yoongi)’ written on it. At the bottom of the nameplate is written ‘Stone Club donors over 100 million won’. Suga’s name attracts attention among doctors from this university and business donors.
Suga celebrated his birthday (March 9) in a meaningful way. He donated 100 million won to Keimyung University Dongsan Hospital to help kids with their cancer treatments.
Suga said, “I wanted to help the children, who cannot receive proper treatment because of financial hardship, and see them become healthy and bright“

In 2019, on his birthday, he donated 100 million won and 329 dolls to help children with pediatric cancer under the name of his fan club ‘ARMY’. Also, in 2020, he donated 100 million won to help his hometown Daegu in its fight against the coronavirus pandemic.
