Jimin, a member of the group BTS, was seen to be moved by this just before receiving the cultural medal.
At the 2018 Popular Culture and Arts Awards ceremony held at Olympic Park in Songpa-gu, Seoul, on Oct. 24th, the behavior of Jimin reportedly caught the eyes of many people.
Jimin sat down with the members and made an incredible look as he looked at the ceremony’s brochure. He discovered the name of his group BTS, which was named one of the winners of the Order of Culture Merit. Jimin was so moved that he gathered his hands and prayed to express his gratitude for a moment.
“I think we’re the youngest here, and it’s an honor to meet our respected seniors,” Jimin said and added “We will try to have a better impact on more people like you, our seniors.“
Many fans have praised him for his humble attitude despite his global popularity.
