Brand reputation rankings for Korean singers in February announced: Taeyeon surpassed both Lim Young-woong and BTS

Following the successful solo comeback, Taeyeon ranked first in the singer’s brand reputation.

On the 26th, the Korean Corporate Reputation Research Institute analyzed 119,387,722 singer brand big data from January 26th to February 26th and announced the results of consumer brand participation, media, communication, and community analysis.

Taeyeon took first place with a brand reputation index of 6,519,719 (a participation index of 1,284,256; a media index of 1,536,161; a communication index of 1,681,833; a community index of 2,017,469). This is a 247.34% increase compared to the brand reputation index of 1,877,067 in January.

In second place, Lim Young-woong’s brand was analyzed with a brand reputation index of 6,505,409 with a participation index of 1,282,866, a media index of 3,028,592, a communication index of 1,134,307, a community index of 1,059,643. Compared with the brand reputation index of 12,515,103 in January, it decreased by 48.02%.

In third place, the BTS brand was analyzed with a brand reputation index of 6,284,744 with a participation index of 1,372,726, a media index of 2,150,991, a communication index of 1,228,642, a community index of 1,532,386. Compared to the brand reputation index of 12,081,684 in January, it decreased by 47.98%.

Director Koo Chang-hwan of the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute said, “As a result of the analysis of singer brand reputation in February 2022, Taeyeon brand ranked first. Analysis of the singer brand category showed a 23.96% decrease from 157,000,156 singer brand big data in January. Detailed analysis “Brand consumption fell by 17.80%, brand issue fell by 20.09%, brand communication fell by 30.27%, and brand spread fell by 27.70%”.

On the other hand, Taeyeon is gaining great achievements on the domestic album and music charts after making a comeback with her 3rd full-length album ‘INVU’.
