BLACKPINK tops October Girl Group Brand Reputation rankings, followed by Girls’ Generation and IVE 

BLACKPINK ranked first in this month’s girl group brand reputation.

On October 9th, the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute released the results of the girl group brand reputation in October 2022. The rankings were determined by an analysis of 59,723,976 girl group brand big data measured from September 9, 2022 to October 9, 2022, and were divided into participation index, media index, communication index, and community index.

BLACKPINK ranked first in October girl group brand reputation with a brand reputation index of of 7,170,250, including a participation index of 538,356, a media index of 1,720,630, a communication index of 2,044,523, and a community index of 2,866,741. Compared with their brand reputation index of 6,257,886 in September, it increased by 14.58%.

BLACKPINK is followed by Girls’ Generation in 2nd place and IVE in 3rd place. TWICE ranked 4th place, and New Jeans ranked 5th place.

In the link analysis of BLACKPINK’s brand, terms such as “overwhelming”, “break through”, “long run” came out the highest. In the keyword analysis, “Shut Down”, “concert”, “YouTube” were the highest-ranking phases. The positive/negative ratio for BLACKPINK’s brand was analyzed to be 89.83%.
