BLACKPINK Lisa has begun her solo career by once again becoming a record holder.
Recently, the Guinness World Records website has officially confirmed ‘Lalisa’ as the Music Video by a solo artist with the most views on Youtube within the first 24 hours.
Earlier, Lisa‘s debut MV ‘Lalisa’ was confirmed by Youtube to reach an impressive number – 73.6 million views within the first 24 hours of its release. Thus, ‘Lalisa’ broke the previous record set by pop star Taylor Swift in April 2019 with the music video for the hit song ‘ME!’ (65.2 million views).
BLACKPINK broke three Guinness records with only the members’ solo projects this year. Previously, Rosé set two new Guinness World Records titles with her debut single “On The Ground” as she is the first artist to reach number one on a Billboard Global chart as a soloist and as part of a group.
